with the following information:

    o Date of Ph.D.
    o Graduate Institution, Thesis Adviser
    o Current Position
    o Area of Study, List of Publications

Deadline: For full consideration, requests must be received by April 15, 2005. Requests received after that time may be considered as funds permit.
Final deadline to request funding is May 30, 2005.
